Not happy at all!!!!!
I left my car there for a full day to begin tear down of engine. When i contacted them the next morning, i was informed that the tear down process had yet to begin. I was highly ?!!!! I cannot get a rental car until an inspector came out and they knew that!!! I could not afford to keep missing work therefore i did not return and would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They were very inconsiderate of my well being.

Some things are out of our control!!!
Miss Middleton had recently purchased this vehicle from a used car dealership and had an extended warranty on the car. I explained that I have to get the customer's approval to do diagnostics and tear down (if needed) and then once I know what type of repairs are required then I work up an estimate, call the warranty company, and IF the repairs are something that is covered under the contract between Miss Middleton and the warranty company then they will give me an approval number and with that approval number she would be able to get her a rental car. So, we have gotten a diagnoses (the engine needs to be replaced). However, when I called the warranty company with my estimate they required us to do some "tear down" to the engine so that they could send out an inspector to inspect the vehicle and review the diagnoses. Miss Middleton was unable to leave her vehicle at this time because she had to go to work (this was on a Thursday) and she said she would bring it back on Monday once she was able to arrange for other transportation. I told her to be prepared to be without the vehicle for, at least, a week or so because once we tear down the engine it would take a couple of days for the inspector to come out (sent out to us by the warranty company, we have nothing to do with this part), then it takes a few days to get another engine in, and then the technician would need a couple of days to install the engine and make sure it's right. After Miss Middleton did not show back up on Monday for us to proceed with the work I tried contacting her several times but never received any response back until I saw this review. I explained all of this as best as I could to Miss Middleton and I thought she understood the process that is required by the warranty company. THE AUTO REPAIR SHOPS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH GETTING AN INSPECTOR TO COME OUT AND THIS JOB WAS DIFFINATELY NOT A JOB THAT WOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN OVERNIGHT OR EVEN A FEW DAYS. 
I do understand the frustration but Team 1 did not purchase the vehicle for Miss Middleton and Team 1 is not the ones with these special requirements when it comes to having to replace an engine.
Team 1 is not perfect but WE ARE here to help out as best we can. I take into consideration each and every customer's situations and do my best to adjust to each situation accordingly. Miss Middleton's vehicle was not the only vehicle here that needed tending to at the time.

Over-charged
I returned to the shop because they gave me a fair price and courteous service for a repair two years ago. This time, I just was not comfortable after paying and discovered that the serpentine belt and pump they provided me for $537 at their shop only costs around $300 literally everywhere nearby (I called around to be sure without revealing how much I paid). Repairpal also backs this up. When I called back to ask why I was charged so much, they acted as though it was out of their control and what the computer told them to charge. They also mentioned their warranty when quite frankly they should stand by their repairs,so how big of a benefit is that? The people are courteous and professional, but you'll likely get a better price literally anywhere else. The people are great, but I would look elsewhere.

Like going home
I've shared this before, but it continues to be true: they treat you like family. I've never had a bad experience at Team 1. I am so thankful that I have a repair/maintenance provider that I can trust. I have referred Team 1 to family and friends.

Went in to get a dent in the bumper and broken light fixed. Thought I would have to replace the bumper, but they buffed it out and looks like nothing ever happen.

Great Business and Very Honest
I knew when I took my car to Jared Jensen I would be treated honestly. I never once worried about him trying to sell me something that I didn't need. My brakes were squeeking and I was very concerned. He was able to fit me in that very day and gave me peace of mind. He was so helpful and such a nice person.

Problem Solvers
My car appeared to have a slow leak in the left rear tire, but the folks at Team 1 discovered the real problem: pieces of the tire sensor had actually broken off inside the tire. The Team 1 folks fixed it immediately and saved me the price of a new tire. Many thanks to the entire team!

Honesty and quality with service/repairs for years.
We have had both of our vehicles serviced by Team 1 Automotive for quite some time, and have never been more impressed with the care and concern they have for their clientele. They have always gone above and beyond what I could reasonably hope to expect in all measures of honesty, quality, and integrity. The most recent example is when they came to the rescue as I began the new year in need of an unexpected (and unscheduled) urgent repair. I am extremely grateful for the work they do,

Service on my car was ok - they really need to work on their customer service skills
After the work on my car was done and I had paid them $219.00 for the service and when I ask them to take some rims off of the car they wanted to charge me and extra $30. I felt that I should not have been charged a fee to have those tires removed because I was giving you my business and it wasn't a crazy request. I unfortunately won't be doing any more business with this company again.

Very good customer service very friendly
Very nice friendly people clean sitting area they will update you on what's going on with your vehicle if you choose to wait on it or come back can't complain the guys do very good work ?
