Another great job, notified of up coming 3000 mile check up, but, due to health issues, had to delay it, BUT when better, made an appointment to bring my car in and work completed in a timely manner, I love the way they keep up with what maintenance has to be done. Love this place

Workmanship is horrendous.
Workmanship is horrendous. Customer service is poor but not as bad as the workmanship. I picked up my car after the body work was complete.The interior rear seats were dirty due to smudge marks from the workers. The panel that was repaired was glued down instead of bolted. Consequently, the panel flew off of the car while driving down the expressway. Thank God no one was hurt. I returned the car. The administrative assistant noticed the damage right away, She even took pictures. The owner never addressed my visit or return my calls.
Marcus said the service was good, but he had to wait to drop off his vehicle. Someone called him at 12pm and said his vehicle was done. When he went to pick up his vehicle, he was told they had gone to lunch. So, he had to wait until 1:30 for them to return from lunch.
Ethan said the business pushed him up in line when he urgently needed his vehicle. They also explained everything he needed to know about the work that they did.
