Been using Tate for many years. Lately they are just too busy; wait times too long; I called ahead to check times for a simple tire rotation; when I got there within an hour, it changed to a 4 hour wait. The front guys over-schedule the mechanics in the back. Your new business model must be profitable but my time is money, too! I'd like to be able to make an appointment so I can expect a reasonable wait time.
