Today I had to visit Huynday of Naples again. Not because I like to do it but because nobody pick up the phone. OK, I did it. Made an appointment for servicing the car. After that went to parts department with one short question about the paint code. Three men were staying 5 yards away from counter. No body approach to the counter, after couple of minutes of waiting, one of them began yelling what I need and how my name. I assume he expected I had to yell as well. When I told him what I need, he answered me the same loud manner the paint code. Not printed code. Not write it down on piece of paper, just articulated. Apparently he thought anybody ready to memorize codes which consist random letters and figures. I had to ask him to write it. He did it with such a sour face... And in the end I decided to find out lease terms and conditions for the new car. Was staying about 7 minutes in renovated and looks awesome room. Nobody look at me, no body asked me what I need. Total ignorance. Four different men were around me, all were very busy, one was reading a news paper, another one searched something in cell phone. All were with serious and focused faces.
I regret I bought the car and now I have to communicate and use the dealership where customer ignorance is common practice. Where after the sales contract is signed, nobody worries about Customers' needs. And I really upset that Huynday HQ does nothing to fix the situation.
I wish I could another dealership in Naples...
