Quick and accurate
Brandon was attentive and communicated quickly. He warned me I could have a long wait, as I drive all the way from Kingston to get service, but i was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got my rig in for service. Thank you Brandon.
Tacoma Dodge is the only place I take my 2018 Ram Promaster 3500 for service!

Mostly Great But ......
Our service advisor was Kahlan Cheyney who is great, polite, communicates well, clean, professional, represents the company well. I've been going to Tacoma Dodge for many years and recently noticed that they are getting sloppy in their work. Here are a couple of examples:

1. On 2 separate occasions I paid for 5w40 synthetic oil in my 2015 Ram 3500 but instead got 15w40.

2. On 3 separate occasions I requested a tire rotation and for the tech to adjust the tire pressure to the spec on the door jam. They did NOT do that.

3. On this last service they did not change the oil reminder sticker.

While these things by themselves are not the end of the world, it does make this customer think, "If they cannot get the small stuff right, are they doing the big stuff correctly?"

Tacoma Dodge has been an outstanding dealership. From buying my truck, to getting it serviced on a regular basis, they've continued to provide excellent customer service and high quality work. Still a Quality Dealership
My latest experience with Tacoma Dodge remained me why for my first 20 years in the city, they were my only "go-to" dealer. They took care of my issue and insured any concern that had was looked into. It was my blessing that the issue wasn't as bad as first believed, but Kahlan and the team assured me that they had my back. Thanks for the support!

Excellent service
Easy to schedule my appointment. Check-in was seamless. Manager stopped by several times to explain what was going on and gave me reasonable expectations on when my van would be done. I'm a happy customer and bring both my Jeep and Ram for service here!!
