FRAUD, STAY AWAY!!!
THIS DEALER IS A FRAUD! We went in July to purchase my son a car, for starters they sold us a vehicle previously sold to someone else and gave us the wrong registration. We immediately asked for a refund for the $4K down given, they refused to give us the money’s back right away because that amount had to get approved by corporate. It’s been more than a month and still no money and the vehicle loan is still under our name. Today we called the bank and these crooks haven’t even initiated the removal of the loan. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, what you are doing is FRAUD! We will be contacting the attorney general and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Kept it light
Sean, Johnny K and Morgan all made my car buying experience super easy. Sean was my salesman, with Johnny being his manager and Morgan being the guy who cleaned my car up. Sean made everything pretty clear cut and simple, explained the process And the vehicle very nicely, and introduced me to everyone in service so when I come back for my free oil change I know who to talk to.
My most recent car purchase experience was really great at Kunes in Sycamore. Michael was very friendly and accommodating. Given the fact that Kunes had recently become the new owners and the current state of new car inventory being what it is, they were still able to provide some options and I ultimately walked away a happy customer. I plan to return in a few years when I'm ready for another upgrade.

I checked some stuff out on their website. I went in test drove the cars I wanted to see. Pick the one I wanted to buy and after that everything went pretty quickly. I hate buying cars because of how long the paper work usually takes but I feel like it took less than an hour to do the paperwork this time around. Most of that hour was just explaining warranties to me, which was greatly appreciated. Both the finance guy and the sales guy (I think it was DJ and Travis. Not 100% sure I got the names correct) were very informative without being overbearing or pushy.
Agreed upon a price for the vehicle and after looking over the contract. Noticed that the Finance Manger changed the price of the vehicle to $400 over sticker price
