Does not listen to Customers
Check Engine light came on - ODB2 code read "Oxygen Sensor Fail". Made appt and informed tech of the code. They said the sensors were fine and the vehicle needed an ECM update and charged me $330. Picked up car and less than 20 miles later the Check Engine light came on again. Got the same code from ODB2 Reader. I took the car back and informed of the Check Engine light an the same code. They diagnosed and said the oxygen sensors are fine but we "forgot" to do another update. They said they did the update for me at no charge (obviously). Picked up car and less then 20 miles, the Check Engine light came on a THIRD time. I took the car back to the dealership and after another diagnosis, they informed me that the oxygen sensors were bad and wanted to charge me over $500 to replace them. I was furious and demanded to speak with the Service Manager. The dealership replaced ONE of the oxygen sensors and said the other sensor is fine and did not charge me for the replacement. Drove home and less than 20 miles later, the Check Engine light came on again. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership as they are incompetent and do not listen to their customers. They may have a couple of good techs that work there but unfortunately, I do not believe that they were utilized for our issues. They have a sign in their Service lobby that reads - they will get the job done right the first time. This is obviously not the case for me. Very disappointed.

Customer service at its best!
Hyundai of Elizabethtown has been working on my car for a couple of years now because my air conditioning seems to just quit when it wants to. This has been very frustrating for me as you can imagine, buying a new car and the air just stops working when it wants to. First of all let me say thank you to Mundy, Steve, Tony, TJ, and Junior for doing everything that they could possibly do to make this as pleasant for me as possible. Every visit they treat me like family and they assure me that they are doing everything that they can possibly do however my part is on backorder and no telling how long it's going to be before it arrives.
My air went out again today so I dropped my car off at the Hyundai dealership of Elizabethtown and talked to Tony to see if there's anything he could do. Knowing that this has been very stressful to me for them not being able to fix my car Tell my part comes in, he offered me a loner till they get my car fixed.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!

In my 63 years I've never experienced customer service as close to family as Hyundai of Elizabethtown. Thank you Tony, thank you Steve, thank you Junior, thank you TJ, and most of all my mom Mundy for always taking care of me no matter what. I love you all like family and I appreciate everything you do for me and again thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you do for me.

It would be a more pleasant experience if you could just come in and tell them what you want and have it done without a service tech or whatever the job title is giving you what feels like a fast talking con job with irrelevant annoying banter. Just do as I ask and let me know when you are finished.

Uncertainty
Where do u begin - buy a new car have it 6-7 months have fuel sensor and other engine issues. Get car dropped at dealership for repairs. Wrong parts ordered 2x. No communication abt what was going on. If I had no called every other day I would have been in dark the entire time abt what was wrong, how long they would have car & I would have been left in the dark. Communication is key along with good customer service they are what helps businesses be successful without that you lose customers. I DO NOT trust my car cuz once a problems begins with fuel sensors and engine it seems u can never feel good abt the car or feel safe in it.
Who knows may be stuck again along I65 with issues. I am thinking I made a BIG mistake to buy the Hyundai.
I had wonderful sales guy & great finance team
The servuce team they need guidance

Maintenance and recalls
Oil change, tire rotation and recalls were all done. I show the person at arrival a spot I had on the carpet in the back and asked if it could be removed and was told they would try. But didn't.

My hyundai dealer in AZ always told me any stains on upholstery or carpet bring it in and we will take care of it because when you decide to trade it in we want to be able to get top dollar fir it. I thought all Hyundai dealers were the sam but obviously not all dealers are the same.
