My car eventually was fixed and the staff was nice, but their follow up and follow through was really poor. I would recommend them, but with the caveat that you will have to stay on top of them and it would be better to stop by in person to get updates because they are bad at returning phone calls or using text messaging to keep you up to date. And if insurance is involved and using a rental company do not use the one in their building. And watch your CC for charges with the rental company. The collision center had to write me a check for $500 to cover a charge on my CC bill because they never paid the rental company when they had to bring my vehicle back in for repairs that were incorrectly completed and ultimately was sent out the the dealership to be fixed.
