I brought my wife's car in to see why the check engine light was on. The news wasn't good. The big SUV my wife just had to have was misfiring and required new timing chains which is a labor intensive, and therefore costly project. I did some research and felt that the price was reasonable compared to other places so we moved forward with Swift. There ended up being some complications, thru no fault of the technician, and Swift was great about informing me and updating me on the situation. Some extra parts and labor were needed and Swift was still able to keep the cost to the original estimate. I couldn't be happier with the result. The car runs flawlessly now. Owning and repairing a vehicle can be very expensive and you can trust Swift to give you a great price for excellent service.
Swift is my favorite! The thing that sets Swift apart is their Honesty. Even if you nothing about vehicles you can trust Swift not to take advantage of you.
My son's car needed new brake pads. Took it first to a shop in beaumont and was told he needed new struts as well. Was quoted a very high price so decided to look around and that is when I found Swift Auto. Im so glad I did! There wasnt anything wrong with his struts. All we needed were the brake pads. This place saved me alot of money at the moment. Very friendly customer service and keep you in the loop about the status of your vehicle while it is there. This will be our go to place for our auto needs.

Inspection on Short Notice
This was my first visit to the facility in Silsbee. I was on a short turnaround for inspection in order to go to Kountze and get my tags renewed that day. Counter service was quick and got the technician right on task. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with coffee and a smile. I will DEFINITELY visit this location again.
