Terrible experience
Dropped car off ended up never getting
Fixed. Ended up with two light on dash that were never on in 5 years of owning car and on top of it the part I brought never got put in so I left with more problems that I had before I brought it there. Would never go back or recommend and the car isn’t driving the same now it has a shack on highway have no clue what they did but I got scammed for $20.00 just to read my code that didn’t get fixed as well. DONT GO HERE.

No cold sir
For 3 weeks no cold air in Xterra Called Kurt on Monday he said bring tomorrow.Drop off early next day spoke to Brian he said I'll take care of u. He checked everything in doing so made air work again . He didn't do any repairs or add refrigerant didn't charge me a penny honesty is what's going on sons about he could have said he did this or that to the vehicle and charge me a bogus amount but Kurt is honest as long as I have a car Kurt will be my man Swanson and Crew. They are the best ☺️

Niece noise on truck
My niece had noise coming from truck . Called marcio said he was busy. Told him needed car checked. Said bring it down will check for you. Took to one out busy schedule to check my nieces truck. I'm a regular for 11yrs . He did this for me. Loyal good people. Thanks Kurt for having these guys working for or u . Marcio#1 Brian u ok too!

Cheerful Workers
8 13 19 Went in for emissions.No Kurt Maceio and Brian were handling business like they owned place..Guys holding up their boss reputation.Swanson Automotive does great work,been customer for 10 yrs and counting.For your car repairs try Swanson" Winner Winner Chicken Dinner"keep on wrenching guys!!

Bad starter
1 17 19 called 455 pmday before closing the new recruit Josie took call anyway.She told us what to do in regards to leaving towed car there..Called Kurt discussed situation had me speak to main man Michello he told me best way to go.This was 8 in am by 11 he had my car ready no scheduled appointment I guess that's what 9 yrsof doing business do for you!Kurt and crew are best.Keep up good work.

No oil pressure
6 1318.Pick wife up from work notice no oil pressure! Call Kirt almost closing time but still received my call! Told him situation .Told me bring it in 1st thing in morning. Stated my grand boy was graduating at 930 I was in at 8 out at 9.That's keeping customers happy or at least trying too!It was oil pressure sensor. Didnt cost arm and leg part cost more than labor! Kirt and guys are great!9 yrs and growing hes been our guy! So take your car too Swanson s .If your car gets sick take it to Swanson ER! No Co pay lol !Honest fellow Kirt is.Go Swanson and team!The best

Front end problem Gerald Angela LeSane
Called about 730. 3 9 18 with front end problem. Kurt wasn't there but My man Marc told me bring it down without any hesitation. Found problem found answer to problem fix it .That's how people treat regular customers. No appointment fitted me in.Swanson's Automotive is place for me.By the way it was wheel bearing.Didn't cost arm and leg. Keep up good work guys!!

1 5 18 woke up car had no heat first word out if wife mouth "call Kirt" Took car in freezing came out burning up.Heat working fine when wife go work at 11 no heat when she gets off at 730 go by Swanson. The tech that does this work not in today,but he told her bring it in Monday not ill see what I can do next week.Kirt is honest staff is on point I know hell make it right been dealing with Swanson 8 yrs dedicated to his customers! !Thanks Kirt!!

Been coming to Kirt and staff for 8 yrs.Didn't have heat UN car this morning first words out of wife mouth "call Kirt " I did was freezing in morning burning up in evening. Better than reasonable pricing.Are the best ThanksKirt and the boys!!!

A piece of mind!
I discovered Swanson’s when I need my emissions work done on my 2011 BMW. It only took literally 5 minutes! Marcio, a mechanic here also knows the inner workings of a BMW because he’s lived in Germany. I have brought my car several times to Swanson’s for service which was a reasonable price and a job well done! Now, I have a piece of mind about keeping my Beamer forever thanks to Swanson’s!
