Great
Easy to make an appointment by phone call. Service was timely. Received a message when it was ready. Got done what I needed with no problem & I asked about a future repair & was given an estimate for that. They also saw my key did not unlock the door & they replaced the battery in the key & it works again. That was a great & useful courtesy thing at no charge. I highly would recommend Sutton Kauffman Transmission Service! I was very grateful because my vehicle does not have. Dipstick for the transmission fuild to be checked .

New Altinator Belt.
My truck was making a weird sound and so I went in to Sutton-Kaufman’s to have them take a look at it. They found out what the problem was and had it fixed within a couple of hours. The staff there was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out a bunch.

Consistent, reliable, high quality service
I have lived in the Hutchinson community for over three beers. I have tried a few other mechanics in town and did not have a positive experience with them. Sutton Kauffman restored my faith that there are still honest mechanics out there that do quality work. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find both characteristics, honesty and quality, but my experience has been very positive and I bring all my work to Sutton-Kauffman.
