Tanueyah stated she asked for the price before the vehicle was worked on, they didn't provide a price until they worked on the vehicle. She didn't appreciate that was not communicated to her prior to the work being done. They did great work, but they did not communicate the price prior to work. Aside from that, she would recommend their business.

My car came out worse than when it went in
The alignment was suddenly yanked to the left. There was a sudden loud rattling coming from under the vehicle. My muffler started to rumble taking off from a red light.

What all cat owners look for
This location is a bit out of my way but so far it seems worth the drive. I’ve taken my car to other locations for service and repairs and so far Surgical Auto Repair seems to not only look for the one thing your service light turns on for, but for any other concerns you might be having in the future and if you’d like to address them. They showed me pictures and even videos for me to see for myself and I love that. I’m not a mechanic myself but it gives me a lot more ease of mind to be able to see what’s wrong and learn a bit for myself as opposed to be kept in the dark with other places. Needless to say that I will keep bringing my vehicle to this location
