I came into the shop to do my annual vehicle inspection. They took care of my vehicle with kid gloves. The staff were very professional and work was impeccable.
Very good mechanics and friendly I do recommend them and I will send all my friends to them, because they look for the solution of what is the problem on your car ???
I really feel that I can trust the mechanics and the Webster Master Mechanic shop. This is my third visit (for different issues) and I always feel seen and valued as a customer. Anthony is a great shop leader and the mechanics all are friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped going to the Toyota dealership because I didn't feel I could trust there diagnosis and I've been right on several occasion. It's good and necessary to find a shop that you can rely on and trust.
Sammy the mechanic was able to resolve some of the troublesome issues with my car. I had issues with some sensors and some other internal mechanical problems that other mechanics was not able to detect and fix. He was very thorough in troubleshooting the issues. Thank you, Sammy.
