Flat tire repair
When I pulled into the service area, I was directed to the front desk where a friendly receptionist met me. He listened to my issue and followed me to my car to observe the tire. He told me that not only do they do tire repair, but they actually take the wheel off of the rim and repair the tire from the inside. The Service Tech looked at my tire and inspected the tire from every angle as if he was formulating a plan for the tire. Once my car was taken inside of the bay, I retreated to the waiting area, but within five minutes, the Service tech came out to explain the problem with the tire. I had this same tire repaired the day before, and I thought that the tire was plugged. The Service tech actually took pictures and showed me that the tire was not plugged at all and rubber cement was used to repair the tire. Not only did they repair my tire, but they did it in a very timely manner. Everyone that I spoke to was very professional, courteous, and very friendly. I highly recommend anyone that has car issues to visit this location.
