Shit show.. If you love the person shopping here please please send them anywhere else..
Were do we start.. been fighting with this place for wks now. The fraudulented my girlfriends loan big time to make a sale. They put down she makes almost double what she really does, signed her up for a 7 yr 100k warranty which was over 4k changed her 2k to certify a 2023 Kona with 26000 miles on. Literally changed the oil checked fluids for 2k. Then when we got home noticed the left rear tire had a huge bulge in the side. (Manufacturer defect). Said they'd take of it then day of appointment said nope it's wear n tear.. which I know that, but they would get reimbursed from the tire manufacturer since these are the original tire that came on the car. Or I thought maybe they would be cool and replace it since the charged her 2k for a oil change. Look around many many reviews just like this. I posted a review Google and they called my girlfriend and mother and pretty much chewed them out over it. Said we don't do fraudulent loans here.. then when he added up how much she actually makes vs what they put down he was like o.. well to bad you signed it.. also stated she owns here home which she doesn't.. that she's been at her job for two and half yrs.. also false not even a yr yet. I've already gave them my number on my Google review if he wants to call me and try the bad attitude crap with me.. they tried to blame it on the salesmen Ricardo that he put her income down. It even says on her paperwork they have to by law check your income. She is a first time buyer and this is what she gets from you crook's.. like I said stay away from here.. check around they have many many reviews just like this.. please please save yourself from this shit hole
