DO NOT BUY HERE! FRAUD ALERT!
They recently sold a vehicle to my friend looking for a safe car for her and her special needs child. They committed fraud on her application in multiple areas to get the loan approved. David in finance inflated her income by almost double, he more than doubled the length of her employment and said she owned her own home. They digitally applied her signature & did not initially give her a copy of the application until she demanded it at least 3 separate times a week or so later. They never asked for a paystub or anything to verify income. She verbally told David how much she makes hourly then he did the “math” for her and typed it in. She does not understand anything about finance and put her trust in them by stating she was a 1st time purchaser. The manager Dennis was very rude, unprofessional, dismissive and honestly degrading to her over the phone. He was defensive and acted offended when she asked for her application. Once he actually reviewed her application and was caught in a lie he did not so much as apologize and said he didn’t know why the information was incorrect but “she is a grown woman and it is done” so they would do nothing about. They are money hungry crooks with no morals. They should be investigated as an internal audit would most likely turn up multiple “errors” on other applications for those with less than perfect credit. She has made & will continue to file complaints with multiple government agencies, Hyundai and legal counsel told her she has a good case for a lawsuit as well. Of course they added multiple expensive add on’s too which she didn’t understand was optional and cost extra (again 1st time, trusting car buyer) those have been canceled & applied back to her loan balance instead of refinancing (since they know it wouldn’t get approved with her actual income) so she still has a insanely high monthly pymt that’s more like a mortgage pymt that she literally can not afford. The dealership owner knows how to contact her if he would like to make this right so no need for the false “please get in touch with us response”. I am advising her to get in touch with local news/media outlets as well so the Tri-State public can fully be aware of their scam practices and lack of care for their customers. They need to cancel this fraudulent loan right now!
