From calling to setup appointment, dropping car off and picking up was easy. Buying tires usually sucks as they aren't cheap anymore. However, when I go to Superior Automotive there is no pressure or upsale to a more expensive tire. I know what I want and they obliged. Been like that since I first went there in 2003 (for tires).
If you need repairs, they have always prioritzed them - letting me know what is a priority and what can wait. Repairs are fast, service awesome and techs skilled.
