He also mentioned another repair that my car will eventually need, but what I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me into doing it right away. Because he was so clear and honest about the timing chain work, I felt comfortable giving him the go-ahead.
Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, and by Thursday evening it was ready for pickup. They kept me updated the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
My dad was also impressed with their honesty and said that if either of my parents’ cars ever need major work, they would bring them here too. That says a lot.
