My first visit but not my last. Service started on time...no delays, excellent customer service, answered all my questions. And it was great to actually see the mechanics....any time I had an issue or question at the dealer, the mechanic responded via text or video...at Superior it was nice to see a human in person. My service had to be split up due to something my dealer had neglected in a previous visit. After touching base in person with my dealer, Superior was able to fit me in the same day and got everything done. My Mini and I are happy. We'll be back!
