Quality Work, Kind & Helpful Staff
I ended up getting towed to Superior on March 5 following a hit and run incident with a U-Haul. I was pretty shaken when I arrived, and it was such a blessing to have kind and helpful staff to assist me, both at the front desk and in the garage. Seriously, the woman at the front desk even proactively lent a charger for my phone when she heard me tell my teenage son I was running low on power after all drama.

While I grew up in the area (Waterbury), I now live out of state. The staff knew I was in a crazy situation -- carless, a 5-hour drive from home, having to rent a car out-of-pocket because the guy that hit me was unlicensed and uninsured. They worked with me at every step of the way to make sure we had what needed from my insurance company (the biggest holdup) so they could order the parts and do the repairs. It took them less than a week from when the insurance paperwork cleared to when my car was ready -- and that included having to wait for some special ordered parts that they couldn't order without insurance clearance.

When I finally arrived on the 18th to pick up my car (which, BTW, is 7 years old!), the Uber driver who brought me there remarked about how nice my car looked. That's because they had someone hand-detail the entire outside. My car looked brand new!

I would recommend this company to others without hesitation.
