Sunland did it again!
I have a 2010 Ford f150 it’s my fun car for road trips and camping. I drove on 6/22/26 to Utah to meet friends for a few days. On that 1,000 mile I noticed that when I was on cruise control going up and down the hills on the road when the truck down shifted in overdrive to a lower gear going uphill, it would slam into gear sometimes pretty rough shifting. I brought the truck in to Scott and Steve and told him about what happened. They said we’ll check it out. Could be anything in a truck with 92,000 miles on it. They could find nothing unusual or wrong with it so they rebooted the computer that controls the shifting after I picked it up. It instantly felt better to me that it was shifting very smoothly again I took it for a test drive up and down some hills about 20 miles on cruise control and it never slammed into gear again. It shifted very smoothly so thank you Sunland auto this is not the first time I’ve had a correct diagnosis was charged appropriately for the repairs and everybody left happy and smiling. Keep it up guys Sunland auto is awesome. I highly recommend them.
