Tom was very patient
I had an exceptionally good experience with Tom. My transmission went out and I had my car towed here. Having my transmission go out unexpectedly like this, was very stressful on me, but Tom was very patient answering all my questions. They really tried to get the price down because my warranty was only covering 40% of the cost. In the end, it was cheaper just to buy a new car versus repair this one. But wanted to leave a review anyway, because the staff is excellent.
