Unprofessional and unknowledgeable
I came in asking for a diagnostic for an overheating issue. I was quoted a price and agreed to that price. Was then called and said my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I went down there they told me the price was twice as much as what I was originally quoted. When asked about this they said they had more time into it than they were charging me for and refused to budge. When asked what the issue was they said the cooling system needed burped. The person at the front desk said and I quote, "The 4 cylinder engine in those vehicles were extremely hard to burp." That was the businesses explanation as to why I got charged double what I was originally quoted. Now maybe I could have accepted this except for the fact that I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner that year only came with a V6 or V8 mine being the V8. The problem was fixed but they never called me asking permission to do further work and they didn't even know my car and just gave me an excuse for what they charged me.

Fixed my steering column after attempted theft
The steering column, ignition, windshield wiper controls, and turn signal controls were all a mess after a car thief attempted to steal my 2013 Soul. Scott was able to get my car in quickly, determine what needed to be fixed, and return everything to like-new condition for much less than what the Kia dealership would cost. My only complaint is that the final cost was higher than what I was originally quoted, but this was due to encountering additional broken parts that weren't apparent during the initial inspection, and I would have had to pay to fix the additional items anyway, so not a big deal.
