Brought my vehicle into service dept. for a recall service visit.
Work was done in a timely and professional, reliable manner.
Only disappointment was I did not receive the normal free car wash
after the service was completed.

Went very well, only there for 1.5 hours, friendly and helpful staff, only downfall was no parking when I arrived, then when I found a spot it was hard to get into because parking lot was completely full and crowded

Repair away from Home
I am up at college and away from home. Without my parents it makes doing these things a lot more daunting. The entire crew was lovely and super helpful and really made the entire process stress free. Lindsay who was my main contact stayed in close contact for any questions about the car and updates. I really could not have asked for more help.

Had to get a panel replaced. They put it on right...not like the person closer to home. They are polite and notify you and ask your permission before doing more.
They put panel on perfectly. Another garage close to home didn't. They never go forward without asking your permission for something else is needed. Polite and concerned if you are happy.

Repaired front end of Venue 2022 and the work was very good almost looks like new again. The desk staff was very couteous and informative and patient. Gave realistic goals for the return of the car and spoke in a polite way. Appreciated that kindness.

Engine problem not diagnosed
Went in because they said converter was bad and replaced with new. But engine was bad and never told about it. know I need a engine along with another converter.
Very frustrating!

SORRY FOR THE FRUSTRATION. WHEN IT WAS IN THE SHOP FOR THE FIRST TIME IT HAD NOT SHOWED ANY SIGNS OF OIL CONSUMPTION AND NONE WAS REPORTED.

Sunbury Motors are the best!
I had a very easy time scheduling my service appointment, when I got there I was promptly waited on, and my car was taken in for service shortly afterwards. My car needed some extra work, but they checked with me before doing the work! I highly recommend them.

It was a quick and fast car servce
The person who assisted me at the counter was very professional and accommodating. He was also very pleasant to talk to. The waiting area is clean and tidy with coffee and some refreshments. They also had my car washed after the car was done. Great and exceptional service.
