40 years on this planet, I have never met such an incompetent group if thief's in my life. I first took my truck in for transmission issues. The assistance tard quoted me at 18k but she did some favors and it was 13k when I took it through their own people it was 7,200.... Then this month I took it in for a grinding noise in my truck. They shipped it to another place that charges me 2800 for a differential that I probably didn't need cause the grinding is still happening and now my truck is smoking and won't drive cause they never even looked at let alone fix the issue. In January I took it in for front end work. 3k later and I have bent and broken parts they installed. (They never fixed it before the differential. So now I have to take it back in to fix the front end they screwed up which is what is probably causing the front grinding. Do NOT ever take your vehicle to these clowns. Their management shows what this company is. A Scam 110%

Bad filter/DM followed up
A bad ring on an oil filter was installed. The way I found out is seeing a 5 x5 oil spill covering my garage floor! Went back the smug guy at the counter, no eye contact handed me a less than half bottle of cleaner and continued on his computer. They installed a new filter and he said, there is no charge. Did I ask? -No. So at the bottom of he receipt is the customer satisfaction that says they want to “ keep” their 5 star rating. I called on a Friday and the gal said maybe by Monday I would get a call back. In 10 min the DM called me back and was apologetic after I related my tale of woe. He sent a super nice kid over to spread kitty litter through the entire mess. Two days later he was back and swept it up and applied more cleaner and washed it all down with a circular machine. It looks fine. He worked on my garage floor at least 2 hours til I was satisfied. The other reviews on this page are not very encouraging but everyone deserves a 2nd chance…?

The sun devil on Higley and Chandler Heights in Gilbert is a total scam
I've used them for oil changes for a few years so when my truck broke down I took it there. Eli told me it would be 713.00 for a new fuel injector to fix it. After over 4 DAYS it was still broken and I had to tow it to San Tan Ford. He made me pay the money even though it was still broken! They also got grease all over my grey upholstery center front seat. I asked for a refund and they refused. I will say buyer beware on this place.

Stay away.
Stay away!!! Thought they were ok at first. Boy was I wrong. I've now had two major repairs done there and they will never touch another car of ours. Totally screwed up the first major repair sending my wife home with no transmission fluid in the vehicle. I though maybe it was an honest mistake. Took another car there for work and they put it back together using parts that aren't right for the car! My nice little sports car now has its back end in the air instead of being level because they used the wrong springs. And they say they can't fix it. No refunds no working with you. Told the store they would be losing all my business (we have multiple vehicles) they're exact words "ok" there lack of concern should tell you all you need to know about how much they value customers or quality work. Just find another shop.

Road trip tune up
The staff at Sun Devil on Val Vista in Gilbert, AZ are and have always been very courteous and helpful in maintaining the three cars for my family. Estimates are on the mark without surprises. I had an idler arm replace a little over a year ago and go figure - it had to be replaced again after the 1-year warranty. The supplier declined to honor an extension of the warranty however the staff worked out a reasonable cost for replacement solution.

Good Service - room for improvement
Although I was happy with the service, the new management hasn't provided employees with the training/tools to ring up a transaction in a reasonable amount of time. It seems ALL the counter staff has changed, the manager or assistant had gone home and the people left couldn't log on to Car Care One to get authorization for my payment. Good thing I wasn't in a particular hurry.
If the subject comes up i would recommend for the service, but I'm not a person to recommend anything on my own.
