Summit Transmissions took care of my 2015 Vintage Cadillac Escalade. The service was excellent. Checking my car in was easy and staff kept me notified on progress of repair . As a Former Automotive Technician, I can say that their work is good. I got the clutch on my BMW done because I don’t have the Time and Place to do so, but they managed to get my car done in a respectable time. Austin, I assume he is the Shop Foreman, is a great person to talk to for updates, questions, and suggestions. I’d Refer this place to anyone for transmission work. I live 40 minutes away and I’d still go to this place myself.
Austin took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. The service tech Anthony went to extra lengths to ensure his diagnostic was thorough and only the repairs needed were fixed. Excellent team work! I will always return to Summit!!

Carl is an absolute blessing, I was so sad of thinking how much it's going to cost to get my transmission fixed. My car is very important to my employment. Carl made sure that everything works correctly and went smoothly with putting it on the transmission in my car. Then they fixed my pulleys and belt. Very quick service they were the best priced that I found and I did a lot of research and I did a lot of reading Yelp reviews and different things. But honestly just both Austin and Carl's attitudes and helpfulness for such a blessing. During my difficult time they both made sure my car is safe and running smoothly. My daughter told me about this establishment and that she was very happy with her results. So I gave you guys a try, and I my self am very happy with the results. Quality workmanship means a lot to me and I'm sure that's embedded into all of your employees. I jokingly mention to the gentleman. Collecting my payment that because you all did such a good job.
