After getting an "all-clear" from you, my brakes gave out completely 3 different times (almost causing an accident on each failure.)
I had mentioned to your mechanic that it seemed the antilock feature was hung up & was told, "You don't want to mess with that, it's a safety feature."
5 min. after pulling into another car repair place, they had my problem immediately diagnosed just using my verbal explanation of the problem.
Besides unequal rotation of the tires that was causing the antilock feature to engage, there were problems with the back hydraulics & the pads were very worn down & needed replacement.
All this makes me wonder if any inspection was ever done by your company.
By the next day I had perfectly performing brakes for approx. $200 less than what you had quoted me for just the pad replacement if needed.
