This place is ran by a bunch of clowns. Purchased a new vehicle through this shop.
Ryan- was nice up front which is expected when someone is making money off your sale but he mentioned the vehicle comes with all weather mats turns out it did not which was a lie and he did not order them until 11 days later which we found out from parts.
Service- purchased a 2024 with an on going emergency light error and SRS item and the manufacturer is on back order. To finish the issue the shop let the vehicle run for 2 1/2 hours but did not compensate for gas and left me with literally 5 miles left to get to a gas station. There was also an oil leak because it came from the manufacturer defective. The vehicle was leaking oil the first time we brought it in for the emergency button and was released back to us to drive without inspecting the leaking oil at the bottom the car which is a fire hazard. When we came in for the oil leak they again ran the car for 3 hours and did not refill the gas. To make matters worse I called to get invoices on work performed. I was told by 6 different people they would get the invoices over to me. On the last attempt I reached the manager who gave it to me an hour after closing after calling since service opened at 7.
Finance(Walter-biggest clown in charge) (Alex-clown #2, Mazda Finance guy who processed the paperwork- clown #3 and does not check work email) we completed the agreement and the loan was not finalized until a month later. We contacted the lender who requested a driver license from the dealership who had not sent over the documentation. The dealership advised our lender was difficult to work with but was not the case since the lender was requesting the documentation from for two weeks. The dealership advised we needed to pay them who was going to wire transfer the funds to credit union. This is not common and at this point was beyond the dumbest experience I’ve ever been through.
Message to the person who checks Google reviews:
I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for this experience and other measures so other Volkswagen buyers know to not go to this dealership.
