Although my insurance company didn't have Subaru of Portland in network, I sought them out because they are the most reliable and access to parts/Subaru detail in town. I had to ask/dig up a few questions up front about the process I'd be undergoing since I've never had to have my car in for body work. That's my only point of feedback for Subaru of Portland is to walk people who have never gone through this process more of a step by step of what to expect and not assume we know the drill. But from that point forward the process was very easy, professional, they did a great repair, no hidden fees/did all the communication w/ the insurance company and I'm so happy they handed my car off super clean inside and out.
