While the service time is always fast, it was a bit disappointing to be welcomed by a service advisor not wearing her mask. It took her a few minutes to finally realize she didn't have one on and was scrambling to find one. Then when I returned to pick up my car, I saw her with her mask pulled down. The other 2 service advisors had theirs on though. This pandemic is a VERY serious matter and people like this make me very upset. Maybe they shouldn't be working with the public and putting everyone's lives at risk and possibly even death. While I will return to Subaru, I will make sure I do not deal with this individual.
