Pressured sales, lack of professionalism. Wanted full payment of parts and service prior to service. Wrong diagnosis as well as asking personal questions like "do I own my home and comment on credit must be 620 for third party finances. Owner was down to earth but office manager is rude.

As much as we apologize about your experience with our service and work, know that the things you have said are in fact recorded on audio and video. Never once were you asked for payment in full up front. We do however require that all of our customers pay 50% or the cost of parts which ever is greater up front to cover parts expenses as we are a small shop that has only just opened this year. This is a requirement for all work that comes through my shop regardless of price as we have been burned several times by customers, by trusting to be paid for the work upon completion. Never were you asked personal questions for any other reasons then to see if you would qualify for a loan through our third party payment processing company in which you personally asked us if we used a service like that to help finance the mechanical bill. The reasoning for asking those two questions were to see if you would qualify for a loan through our third party payment processing company as they have strict guidelines to financing all mechanical  work. My manager only asked you these questions, to save you from a possible 2-5 point hit on your credit score incase you did not meet certain criteria. These are things any company offering a line of credit would ask a customer, same as the question of time on the job which you were also asked. Further more all of our conversations on the phone as well as office visits are recorded at all times, Spreading false information to harm a business lacks class and taste. You and I hardly ever spoke outside of joined conversations with my Manager. But I know every conversation you had with him and how unpleasent you were to deal with. I commend our Manager for his patience, and understanding for your situation even more after having to deal with your lack of professionalism, unkind attitude and behavior. calling the office after hours to complain about your personal life and how you need a car and can we do the job for a lesser price or the fact that we should be in control of when our parts arrive are things our Manager does not have to tolerate or deal with. using fowl language towards my employees will not be tolerated either, yet he more then tolerated you and handled you professionally. He was more then patient, kind, and sincere to your problems and needs to the point he rescheduled 2 of our customers appointments just to work you in as your parts came in early so we could get your car fixed and back to you. He went out of his way to lower the price of repairs to help you and this is your way of saying thank you? I will be back in the office this Tuesday (July 29th), you are more then welcome to come and stop by the shop to talk to me in person about these issues and please bring what proof of miss diagnosis you have as I would like to go over that and make right if any wrongs we may have done. I look forward to working with you on this matter, Thank you.
