Estimate/Delivery process very easy. We were called with progress updates at least twice weekly. Stymeist ordered parts quickly and seemed to have good suppliers. The finished product looked like a new car. I got the feeling that they were very proud of their reputation for excellence and workd diligently to have our repair done well and on time.
