I was a loyal customer for over 20 years. In all fairness, the body work is great. But the mechanical work is not good. I had to go 4 times back and forth to get the work done. It took a long 6 mo for a minor to moderate damage. The issue I have is that during electronic reset, the technician made a mistake and reset the entire ECU which deleted the tune. I had to pay out of pocket to retune my car. They are not taking responsibility for their wrong doing.
The management is awful, nobody cares. I'll not go back. I am sure for that price range there are other good alternatives.

Sarahi stated that she wasn't sure if the overall work was supposed to be fully smooth or if there was obviously going to be some imperfections, and she did see some imperfections. She said that she opened the trunk and that was when she realized that paint didn't seem smooth, and like it didn't dry well or there was too much paint. She said that it seemed like when she got the vehicle back there were some scratches on it and she didn't mention it to the niece because she said they were there before but she said that they werent.
