Stephanie said she is not sure they changed her oil. When she checked under the hood after the work was done, everything had dust on it. The area where the oil goes and the filter all had dust on it. She noticed the receipt for the invoice repair was missing the odometer reading and she didn't see the type of oil listed on paper.
