Always honest and helpful.
Tom was a emergency stop in the past and now we go nowhere else. Minocqua auto clinic is our families goto shop now.

He is honest and thats a rare quality in shops. Most shops charge your retail for a part which the parts store doesnt even sell to us at. And call is a mark incase they have to warranty their work...... tom isn't like that. He is being respectful dependable and folks look for that.

David said he would never go back to him again. Last time he worked on his vehicle, he pushed it into the business, it slipped off of the plow, he dented the bumper, and broke the bezel on the taillight, which was fine, because he understood that accidents happen. David stated he backed the vehicle up so he when he saw it, he would get into it, just drive away and not notice it. He tried to hide it and didn't come up to him to tell him about what had happened. David added it's a real low thing to do, and he wouldn't go back.

Wonderful business for all automotive services
We have been doing business with Minocqua Auto Clinic for 19 years. Never had a complaint. Tom manages an efficient business and has kept our family happy with all f his services. He and his employees have kept our four (4) cars running in tip-top shape. We do all of our business with This business and will continue to do so.
