staff: knowledgeable - the explanations do not require a degree to understand!
read the room - there's a common thread with the comments: friendly staff, including professional, thorough, mechanics who take the time to explain your vehicle's particular issue(s). i have been coming here for a few years now, and stellar has been consistent in their mission statement which focuses on what i would call "mini-auto awareness," given in a concise, digestible format.
