BMW Emissions Repair
What I appreciated the most is how professional and timely their text communication/updates were during the 5 days they had my 2003 BMW (BMW specialty parts are not quickly located). There was a small miscommunication on total costs (quote I received didn't include testing) but they honored my original quote and comp'ed the diagnostics. FYI: they work collaboratively with their "sister" shop Jolenes (where my car started before realizing the work required a certified BMW technician which only Stellar location had) but they seamlessly transferred my car between shops (no extra charge). I'd definitely utilize either auto shop for future repairs and depart with a strong sense I wasn't overcharged or pressured into unnecessary additional services. That's hard to find in a repair shop.
