Kind, honest & helpful
My visit here was the first time I took my car anywhere for any service in my own–my family usually did it for me, so I genuinely didn’t know what to expect or what anything meant.. everyone I saw was very kind. Serina was great at the desk the second I walked in. I spoke with Rob and asked him a lot of questions because as I said I don’t know anything about cars, and I didn’t understand. He really took the time to explain everything to me even after I asked “can you explain this to me one more time” (multiple times mind you).. I work in customer service so I know how tough it can be sometimes to work with people and I’m thankful for the honesty and understanding I was given. I will be returning! I appreciate everyone at this shop!

Home again!
After years of being fortunate enough to have cars with a “dealer warranty,” my car timed out of it…so I went to Steinbrenner’s after 10 years! The service was just as I had remembered it: friendly and accurate service and repair. The issue was taken care of (as it always was) and I will not hesitate to return if I have a new one. Extremely satisfied
Upon inspection renewal, my car was worse off than expected and the staff was quick to attend to all that was needed including a set of new tires and an oil change to bring my vehicle up to standards. Very appreciative for their honesty and quick work to have my car back as soon as possible. Highly recommend and will continue to have my car serviced there moving forward.
