Great experience for first time Mitsubishi Owners
I had been researching SUV's for about 8 months, mostly on the used end of things as we wanted to outright purchase a vehicle. I came across the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and their 0% Lease Rates for 24 months. I reached out and was contacted within 30 minutes by Rafik at Steele Mitsubishi in Halifax. I did up some analysis on our costs, and what we would put down, and started chatting with him about a deal on an SE. I went in on the Saturday afternoon, and while I was in there, I started thinking "maybe we should get two". I signed all the documents for the first one and picked it up on Tuesday, and then by Thursday we had a second one. It was right for our family, and we were able to have two new vehicles within 5 days. I do want to add that, our second vehicle was only charged half way, and I reached out to Rafik about it, and he immediately handled the situation with great customer service (which is the reason we wanted to get out of our old vehicle, the customer service in this industry is hard to come by), but Rafik and Manny changed that for us. Thanks so much guys!
