Lack of communication
There was a la k of communication between the body repair team and the office team, which deals directly with customers. I was told my vehicle would be completed on or about a specific date, however, was completed three days after furthest estimated date. Would not recommend.
Status symbol took care of both my cars in a timely manner and always kept me up to date with repair status. Both cars returned in fantastic condition like new. Always will be a returning customer.

Excellent service, communication and skill
Jared and the team at Status Symbol were friendly and accommodating from the first call to schedule my drop off to the final completion of my vehicle. They warned me about supple chain shortages and did everything they could to speed up the process. Jared went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and return my car EXACTLY to its previous condition. I am happy to have chosen Status Symbol and will not be going anywhere else.
The staff at Status Symbol are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jan was my service writer and was very helpful. My vehicle was done early, two days before I expected it! And the repairs were well done. The also thoroughly cleaned my vehicle - inside and out - a pleasant surprise! I have used them in the past, and would highly recommend!
