New tires and brakes
I went to Starks and purchased new tires and brakes and I must say I’m very pleased with both. Amazing Service!
I went in to see what was going on with my car and was told that I needed a new catalytic converter. Once my car was in the shop, not only did they fix the catalytic converter but also told me about another problem that I had that needed to be fixed. That problem was fixed, and they were super communicative and upfront about everything, which I truly appreciated.

Low low prices for top-notch service
I had a fantastic experience at Stark’s Auto Mall! I went in for an oil change and a brake job, which required all 4 new pads and 2 new rotors in the back. The service was top-notch—efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. On top of that, I was quoted only $550 for an upcoming service that two other shops wanted $1,000 for! Finding a trustworthy and affordable auto shop isn’t easy, but Stark’s Auto Mall definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality work at a fair price.

Rip off!!!!!!
Although the office crew appeared to be very nice in my opinion, they are scammers, especially towards females. They charged $$650 for a thermostat and solenoid repair. They also threw in a turn signal switch repair on which was never mentioned to be repaired.
The car was initially Brought Ian due to heat and air not working and car not picking up speed which at first they gave me a total for all repairs of $2700. I didn’t cancel everything and ask them to only fix the thermostat and the VVT solenoids me anxiously to get my son‘s car fixed to make it to work and School he is 16 years old. I was under the assumption that that was a good deal now here I am still with my vehicle, not properly fixed and they want to charge me more to do what was never done in the first place.
If you are a female, do not go in this place alone!!!
