There is little to no communication between the departments. The car was not ready for pick up despite me saying I'd be there at 11. It took them 1.5hrs just to put stickers and tags on the car. The GM Glenn was straight up rude and useless in handling the situation and even stated he didn't know what was going on. Had to twist their arm just to get the car I bought. Their GM deserves to be fired.
