Ordered a used transmission paid with tax and core fees almost 1000$.Transmission they sent was no good,for that I had to pay mechanic 400$.Standard auto wreckers said that’s my problem.new transmission sent put in truck less than 100km third gear drive doesn’t work.put in report with customer care,no response for five days.Tried to sort out with Chris not helpful told me my mechanic was no good(Reliance auto mechanics in Brampton one accredited shop with great reputation)Then told me to bring transmission somewhere else for diagnosing issue more money out of my product,and him saying he still might not be able to help. Where is the customer service here!Im now out over 2500$no transmission and all the blame is on me and my very reputable mechanic.This business has no respect or remorse.SHAME ON THE WAY THEY HAVE TREATED ME.
