Bought a used engine from Standard Auto Wreckers and got it delivered to a mechanic. Engine had missing rocket cover, intake manifold, starter motor and plugs; delivered on Aug 25. Came September 10th vehicle was still in the repair shop; we had on going telephone calls with customer service about extension of the 30-day warranty, but no approval. I explained that the bolts were rusted and they had difficulty and getting them out and to give me another month to test the vehicle when we received it. But customers service Erin Mills was not helpful and Chris the manager never answered my calls. I spoke to my rep Malcom and he appeared to be working off site and was unable to help me. To date the repair is not done and i am worried that I would have spent the money in vain. Very bad customer service. I was not asking for much; only a month warranty on receiving the vehicle
