What’s happening to this dealership?
I usually have great experience at Hyundai Stamford but this last time was very poor. I had a water sensor engine light come on and took my car in, the part covered under warranty because my car is under 30k and covered had to be ordered. I left my car for 5 days waiting for part without being present a loaner option. Fine, my mom was out of town so I used her car. However I eventually needed it back and was contacted that the part is now looking backordered. So I grabbed my car after 5 days. The next day I received a call from parts that my part came in and I could pick it up which wasn’t what I was doing because I needed service. So I contacted Luis and got an appointment for 9 am the next day. That appointment took 7 hours which I was only told it would be a couple so I waited as I don’t live near the dealership at all. I finally got my car back and second time driving it the light returned. This is the second time I have taken my car in to the dealership between Stamford/danbury and been told it was fixed for that to be wrong, the last time my car was there for 6 months after that. At this point I need a loaner to return my car and have it be fixed properly but I have yet to hear back. So I will probably have to call but my attempts to get someone to answer phones in service have gone very poorly so far this whole time. It’s been 3 days since my service assistant has escalated this to the service manager and I have yet to be contacted to resolved. I have called to no answer and texted my assistant continually. It has been a mess.

Worst Dealership. Running shady business
Giving them one star just because it won’t let me give them zero. This dealership is the worst. They running the worst shady business I ever seen. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will screwed you over and try to wash off their hands by telling you to get a REPO instead. Worst ever. PS the person telling us to get a REPO was the manager John.

horrible after seals customer service
back in early June I've stopped and canceled my warranty and not my GAP now the gap insurance say's that the gap insurance was canceled and the financial advisor (Dane) which spoked to also said that he will not cancel the gap portion.
so now the gap (safeguard) has issued the refund of portion of gap, so please refund me that portion since gap was only supposed to pay off 143 dollars of the remaining balance.
i don't wish to go back and forth between the dealer and gap provider for such little amount of monies.
i have tried to call the dealership and no one answers or have the courtesy in responding.
very bad after seals customer service.
a one star rating is too good for them should be -10.

Purchased a Used Car
Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are unprofessional and rude!!!! After my purchase I went to get it inspected. Inspector told me that the rear breaks were 85% worn down. I immediately contacted dealer and brought the car in. The dealer told me that the rear brakes were 50% worn down and would not replace them!!!!! I am taking this dealership to court. Even if the brakes were 50% worn down and you have a new customer that just bought a car from you, wouldn't you replace them for the customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!!!

Poor communication and service center
I am shocked at the lack of regard for customer service. A car gets fixed and wait weeks to get "fixed".......total cost over $2,000. Less than a month, same issues. It has been there over 3 weeks and I call multiple times for the same response. "We are busy" "we are short staffed"

How can they "fix" something and have the same issue? How come they don't follow up with calls, advising progress? How can it take almost 4 weeks and still not even looked at?.......when the manager said last week, it was next and he was personally getting Involved?

Today, same responses...exact same. "Busy" "short staffed" "it is next to be serviced"

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE....DONT YOU THINK?

I’m always assured they do an excellent job….Excellent service dept.
Love Love Hyundai in Stamford !!!! Great group of men in the service dept. I know my car is well taken care of. I’m greeted like an old friend ?. The lounge is always well stocked with drinks and treats !!!! TV is also watch. Best service dept ever !!!!

Service experience as better than I expected ,
From arrival to finish I was satisfied ,.I overlooked were service entry was at first and was a bit flustered but that was on my part Staff was courteous ,waiting room was comfortable ,and my waiting time seemed very short,I think I was there at 8 and out by 9:30.But overall staff I interacted with were great and accommodating

informative and quick service!
I had a recall on my car which required a new engine. I was expecting the process to take weeks but I had my car back in just about a week. The manager Jay explained everything that was going on and made sure I understood what was going on. The car is running better than it ever has and makes me like driving it again! Thanks again for taking such good care of my car!
