The service was amazing and did an excellent job within a small period of time . I left feeling safe and happy to have the car fixed . He checked the engine to make sure it wasn’t damaged and was honest with the price .

one issue we had with Fix. Both autos that were serviced, both are under factory warranty. Fix Auto sent the MDX to a 3rd party alignment center where it claimed the MDX was out of alignment and or had damage. Therefore it could not align the 4 wheels. We took the MDX to the dealer and the dealer stated the alignment was way off factory spec. So much so, they were threatening we violated the warranty. Fact is, whomever Fix auto used, had no experience with the new MDX. In fact, nearly ruined it. My recommendation, dont touch any issues that would cause the factory warranty to be voided.
