Dishonest Dealership
My husband and I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and after our experience, we will never deal with them in the future. We were interested in a new Hybrid car that was advertised on-line. My husband went in first, and after spending considerable time with them, they gave what we thought was a final price with a trade-in of two of our older model Mercedes SUV vehicles. The trade-in value was a little lower than what we had been offered in Colorado Springs for them but we wanted to do a purchase here in Pueblo since we are from Pueblo. Prior to us going in the next day, they ran our credit and had us email several personal documents. I then received an email and was told that they were printing everything up. My husband called them twice to make sure they had everything so it would not take that long once we got there. When we got there, they proceeded to low-ball the trade-in values and increased the price they had given my husband the day before by $7,000. We immediately started questioning why they would deceive us into thinking the deal was final, especially after they had ran our credit and had us email several personal documents. They then tried to haggle the price down by a few hundred dollars to appease us. We told them we wanted nothing more to do with this dealership and were very disappointed in how misleading and dishonest they presented this entire process. What we resented the most was how they got all of our personal information and ran our credit! Beware everyone of this dealership!

After the stories I've heard about how horrible Spradley sales department is, I was leary about using their service department. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of scheduling my maintenance, the politeness and care from the employees, and that they checked more than just the maintenance required to ensure my safety while driving my Hyundai Tuscan. I love Hyundai vehicles and will continue using Hyundai for all my maintenance needs!

Shady business practices
The sales person took my wife's car back to the dealership to test the battery because it was dead less than 48 hours off the lot. Brought her a loaner that she can not legally drive because it has no tags of any kind. And refuses to bring her car back when he had it for 5 hours after testing the battery before the dealership closed. I recommend going anywhere else! Will never use Spradley again.

Spradley is worth the trip!
From the moment I drove up and was greeted by Jessie, I knew I was in good hands! I’ve been to other dealerships and I just wanted to be treated with respect. Jessie was courteous and she took the time to understand my needs. My purchase and trade in was smooth and easy. The parts department is very helpful and sweet and their service department is perfect. I’ll be traveling an hour and a half with no problem to receive their impeccable service.

my motor in my vehicle went out and hyundai kept my car for 5 weeks. i was left with no car. they did not have a rental for me. they wanted me to get a rental car from a rental co. and rental co require $100/day which who can afford that, and then wait for a reimbursement. when they called me back they said oh theyre working on it on monday and will have it ready same day..... ok but youve had my car for 5 weeks but only took 1 day

I had recently made a review in regards to my recent service I had received on my car during an oil change and requesting a tire rotation from a couple weeks ago. I was annoyed and frustrated due to the mix and lack of communication from employees and no one knowing if a tire rotation was completed or not. But, today I received a call from the manager from the location and she apologized for any of the issues or confusions that may have happened because there are new employees along with other miscommunications between employees. Its a completely understandable situation and I am happy with the manager even reaching out to me with my issue and wanting to resolve the issue that I had. This has changed my previous rating and review on the service I have received.

Incomplete work
I went in for a standard oil change and also requested to have my tires rotated. When my car was ready and I went to pick up my tires were not rotated and I was able to tell due to the tire pressure being the exact same on each tire as it was when I left my car. When I went to pick up my car the person checking me out was not even sure if they did the tire rotation because notning was on the paperwork but she saw my request to have it done.

This was a great surprise and experience!
I had a question about the billing. They were excellent in their response. A very nice person called and explained that they investigated, found the problem and resolved it in a very god manner that was very acceptable to me. This is something I appreciate very much. In an addition to satisfying the problem they gave me a discount on my next service of which I appreciate.
