Great service
I always get good service when I go to Spencer’s and I believe they’re fairly priced. I’m grateful and thankful to have gotten my car taken care of today.

I had what I thought was a simple issue and a weird sound and it turned out the weird sound was a serious issue that could have caused an accident.
They were very friendly and nice and were considerably less then I was quoted by other places.

Warranty work
I brought my truck back after have a rubber hose splitting on my pcv line. It was one that was replaced by you earlier. I also noticed I was adding more oil than before and suspected that the new seals might be leaking. You got my truck in and verified the hose and oil leak issues. All were fixed under your warranty. Stuff happens so I wasn’t upset. You were honest about the situation and fixed them at no cost to me. I appreciate it. Definitely will continue to do business with your shop. Thanks.

Spencer's Auto
Our son had a popping noise when turning so I took him to Spencer's and asked for a inspection a couple hour's later they called with the problem and he said fix it. They said it would be done on Friday they called Thursday to let us know it was done and he picked it up Friday morning before he went to work.

Integrity.
I have taken my diesel ram 2500 to Spencer's 3 times. 5 stars everytime. Spencer and Stephanie and the entire staff are great. Professional and knowledgeable. The experience was great. Hard to find a shop with such integrity. I will keep going too Spencer's. I highly recommend

Shop with integrity that does Quality work
Found spencers on Google and extremely happy i went with his shop. So many choices but I read reviews and his seemed the best. Did not disappoint! I bought a used pickup and spencer has done all the work, quality parts and stands behind his mechanics because they do quality work as well. I have no plans on using anyone else. Quick turn around great communication. You can trust him which has become a rarity. I couldn't be happier with all the work they have done to my truck. Thank you spencer and all your employees

New Tires for my Elantra
Just bought a used Elantra and it needed tires as well as a front end alignment...Spencer's took such good care of me! They got me a great deal on tires and my car rides so much better!

friendly smile. They were quick to give me an estimate on the repair and was kept in the loop as to how things were progressing.

550 truck repair
I think the woman at the counter is very good at her job. Never really spoke with anyone else. Just dropped the truck off and they fixed it. They accomplished what I went there for. Not much you can add to that.

Good Mechanics
I have an older Ram 3500 diesel. Spencer's has worked on that truck for scheduled, and unplanned maintenance for the past 4+ years.
They are honest, reliable, good mechanics. They've also helped me out when I was in a jam more than once (because, that's life with an old truck!)
I wouldn't take my truck to another shop. I also have them work on my client's more up-to-date diesel.
Call ahead and make an appointment if you can.

Repair on 2018 Chevy dually
Spencer’s whole team was wonderful! My fuel pump went out in my dually , called them they even recommended a tow truck .Got my truck in their shop a diagnosed the issue the next morning.
They are great to deal with .
