Update to Initial Review
I'm updating my initial review. I stick by my original review that they Owner and staff are helpful. I've had some issues since the initial work.
1. Did not recharge A/C. "They forgot".
2. Took in within a couple of weeks... "they said nothing was wrong, but they forgot to connect some air box". Once they fixed that, pickup was better than before.

When spending $5,000 or more, I would expect that the car would be better than when I took it in. The original issue was resolved, but now I have additional issues.

I've NEVER had a car that would jerk forward when starting it.... not on an automatic transmission.
I have multiple issues with grinding when stopping at lights, etc.... never had that before
I have issues with the transmission jerking, down/up shifting going up hills at slow speeds. not always, but frequently.

I submitted the latest issues on the website, but have not heard back from them.

I have my own business and when something is wrong, or it's not resolved, I either fix it or can't charge for it.

I don't expect free by no means... but I do expect to get value for my Dollar. Can't say that I really got it from Speedy Marietta.

Nice people at Speedy and I'm sure well intentioned... but for $5,000 I want it right.

Unanswered complaints make a warranty worthless.

Transmission trouble
Your team discovered my transmission was in great condition after ford dealer service recommended a rebuild. The engine mounts were causing the troubles, noise and were replaced immediately. Great service, honest and reliable. Thank you!’n

Trustworthy, experienced
Melvin provided a creative solution to replace our transmission that saved us over $1000, and then went above and beyond to ensure everything was right, including replacing some additional parts at cost (no labor) and some outsourced work that we weren’t charged for. Our 2011 Pilot now runs great!

Amazing Experience! Would definitely recommend
My transmission went out on my car. I got the diagnostic at a different shop who couldn’t help so I had my car towed here. They told me they could do it and $1000 less than the dealership. They were very patient with me and kept me updated. I got a nice warranty and a fixed car. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Fast and friendly service
It’s amazing to find a shop with integrity. They let me now every detail before they began working on my truck and didn’t try to up sell me at all, I’m fact they searched for the best price for the parts I needed. Great service and wonderful people!!

The service is fine.
The transmission operates like brand new.
It takes a few days to fully rebuild an automatic transmission, but that is part of the process. Automatic transmissions are very complicated.

A pleasure
This is the second time I've used Speedy, first time was to have the transmission rebuilt, that was about 7 years and 250,000 miles ago. This visit was to replace the rear seal because of a leak. This has been a great transmission and I have found Speedy to be expert at transmissions and most of all honest. They don't try to sell you up or lie to you about your problem. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great Job, Speedy!
Excellent service across the board. Speedy replaced the transmission in our van in less time than originally estimated, was the best value of three shops we got quotes from, and was communicative and just plain nice all around. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent Service
You can't go wrong choosing this shop for your transmission troubles. My experience with Speedy was wonderful. They were fast, communicated well and were reasonably priced. They also went above and beyond to help us with some other issues that we previously knew about and our car drives better because of there helpfulness!

Best Place Ever
This place was awesome! From the first interaction to picking up my mini van, this place was perfect. Rather beyond perfect! Everyone was nice, service was the best and I honestly felt like family. Great Experience
Speedy is where it's at if you are looking for a trustworthy shop to take your vehicle to. I came to them with a tough case, and the folks at Speedy rose to the occasion and got me taken care of. Communicative, respectful and genuine are all words that come to mind when I think of my experience at Speedy. They did great work at a fair price, and I thank them for taking care of my truck. What I would really like them to have is a vacation, buy I know they are covered up in work, so a great review will have to suffice. Thanks Speedy Marietta!

Good customer service
Pleased with the service I received. The rebuild on my transmission has no issues thus far. Upfront customer service was great. Just two things I would improve on. The first is I was told my car would be ready one day but It was not actually ready until two days later. Not a big deal really. The other one however is. My quoted price and what I actually paid was a $200 difference. When I noticed and called the shop to inquire what happened I was told that was with taxes while the quote was without taxes. That’s a huge problem because I took out a loan for the amount quoted. Especially around the holidays. Definitely could do a better job with emphasizing the quoted price is not the final price. Other than that, I was very pleased. Thanks speedy
