Joan said she was disappointed she was charged for a road test of 70 when she went in for brakes. They only replaced the rear ones and It was almost 800.

Joan,
Very sorry to see your negative review.  We do not agree with your view of our services.  You ask us to look at your vehicle due to your concern about the braking system.  We had an ASE certified technician take your vehicle for a short test drive and then put your Lexus on a vehicle lift,  and  then removed  the tires to examine the braking system.  We then quoted you an estimate for the repairs your vehicle needed before we started any type of repair work.  We provided you this estimate in writing and obtained your approval.  We then completed the work the same day you can in, in the time frame we promised, at the exact price we quoted you before we started the repairs.  We utilize high quality brake products that come with a warranty for as long as you have your vehicle.

Now we see, a week later, after your vehicle is properly repaired, you claim we somehow treated you improperly?  We strongly disagree.  Best of luck to you.
